Beram is a female entrepreneurship initiative which emerged as a part of Asas Gen Trading LLC. It was an opportunity extended to the wives of male employees in Asas to rejuvenate their career. As the Asas corporate office is located in UAE, the housewives who were far from their homeland to settle with their husband and kids found it hard to find a suitable job of their choice. Women who were very active in their career before marriage become accustomed in houses to take care of their family needs. Asas management offered them an opportunity to launch a business of their choice and thus giving them feathers for their dream.
